1.1 Sold valid account, coupon is non-refundable (before buying read the description of the account, coupon).
1.2 Change of data or performance of any actions in the purchased account(s) carried out by the buyer, subsequently with a request for replacement for any reason. In such cases, the replacement will be refused!
1.3 In consequence of loss of access or blocking in the purchased valid account(s), replacement will not be made.
1.4 After purchasing several accounts, first of all check all purchased accounts for validity, and only then you can perform any actions in the accounts. This procedure will save you time if the accounts were not valid at the time of purchase.
1.5 If you chekala-check the purchased accounts public-checker, public-proxies, not quality software, the accounts are not subject to replacement!
1.6 Sold Accounts check for validity during the WARRANTY TIME, it is specified in the description. After the expiration of the warranty time exchange of goods, refunds will not be made! We will issue a replacement within 24 hours.
1.7 Sold Coupons activate during the warranty period, if you activate after a few hours, days and they are not valid, there should be no claims to us.
1.8 The consumer has no right to demand a refund if he/she cannot understand the purchased product (before buying, please read the description of the Account, Coupon).
1.9 If the purchased account does not correspond to the description specified on the site, immediately write to the contacts on the site, and wait for a response. Do not use the account if you request a replacement. If you will ask for a replacement because the description does not match, but the account was used by you, you will be denied a replacement or refund.
1.10 On mobile proxies the ability to visit payment system sites is disabled to prevent POSSIBLE fraudulent activities.
If such actions are noticed, we will disable the proxy without refund.
Mobile proxies are issued from 30 minutes to 48 hours
1.11 Response time of technical support and solution of all problems/claims up to 24 hours. (Depends on the time of day. On holidays/weekends, the waiting time may be increased).
1.12 Use of foul language / Insulting the Administration / Support may be a reason for refusal of service.
1.13 The administration of the shop has the right to request proof of your words at its discretion screenshots / screen recording (from the moment of "BUY").
3.1 In case your payment has been suspended by the payment system for verification. You should contact the technical support of the shop, specify: Payment system, and the time of the start of the transfer. After full payment, the administration of the shop will give you the purchased goods, either manually or automatically.

3.4 Refunds are possible on Yumani from 10r, or bank card when returning from 1000r.

3.6 When buying an account or a coupon in the online shop "InstaProxies" you automatically agree with the current "User Agreement"
3.7 The administration of the online shop has the right to change the current "User Agreement" at any time without prior and subsequent notification of the Buyer.
3.8 In case the Consumer does not agree with the current agreement, the Consumer is obliged to stop using the services of the online shop "InstaProxies"
